Family Ministry Pastor

Highway is currently seeking a person gifted in the work of family ministry. The Family Pastor will work as part of the pastoral staff at Highway and will be shepherding, advocating for, and supporting Highway families. We’re looking for someone who:

• Is passionate about Christ-centered formation of children and youth.

• Excels at leading communities and developing leaders.

• Has credibility with parents and is knowledgeable about the challenges they face.

• Enjoys collaborative ministry and thrives in a team setting.

• Can bring fresh thinking to our strategies with children, students and parents.
